Charlotte's mother told her she was named after Charlotte Jouffret - a "beautiful and gracious woman". Charlotte Jouffret was the sister of Gabriel Jouffret - the husband of Charlotte's maternal grandmother's sister Ruth Green Jouffret. |

Charlotte was a 1958 graduate from John Marshall High School in Rochester, NY and went on to complete three years of college. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother and was a homemaker. Charlotte was a woman of deep faith and a longtime member of both Charlton Freehold Presbyterian Church and the Burnt Hill United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Mother of Twins Club and several quilting clubs throughout her lifetime. Charlotte loved quilting and sewing or baking cookies. She also enjoyed music, the theater, and rooting for her favorite teams, the New York Mets and the New York Giants. Funeral services for Charlotte will be held on Monday November 28, 2016 at the Burnt Hills United Methodist Church, 816 Route 50, Burnt Hills, NY 12027 at 11:00am with Pastor Gail Falsetti officiating. Memorial contributions in memory of Charlotte may be made to Community Hospice, The Animal Protective Foundation or to the Burnt Hills United Methodist Church. |
