Shared note

After attending Albany Business College he held a secretarial position with the United States Rubber Company of Naugatuck CT for three years. An injury caused a partial paralysis from which he never recovered. He returned home and assisted his father in running a general store and the post-office. After the elder Mr. Waters death the store was conducted by Earl Waters and his sister Miss Cora Waters until 1931 when they retired from active business. Mr. Waters was a member of Forest Presbyterian Church.
