Shared note

Homer and Nora lived in his parents, Willard & Sarah E. Green's home, who cleared the land, and built a 17-room house with the first furnace in the basement in that area and also a large cistern. They lived in a log cabin and indians would sleep by the fireplace nights while building. Daughters Lena and Ruth were born in that house. Homer and his brother Dett (Burdett Green) farmed together.
