Beverly graduated from Watertown High School in 1945. On October 23, 1948 she married Samuel S. Biondolillo at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church with Reverend Joseph A. Francoeur officiating. Mrs. Biondolillo retired as a vice president of Key Bank of Central New York and the branch manager of the bank’s main office on Washington Street. Mrs. Biondolillo held many positions at Key Bank during her career, including loan officer, manager of the Northland Plaza branch and the Northside branch. After high school she was employed with the Agricultural Insurance Company. She had taken several banking courses administered by the American Institute of Banking and was a member of the National Association of Bank Women. She also attended the New York State Bankers Consumer Credit School at West Point in the mid-1970s. Mrs. Biondolillo was active in numerous community and civic organizations, including serving as treasurer of the advisory board of the Salvation Army and assistant treasurer for the Jefferson County Association for the Blind, Inc.
